Welcome to my hypnotherapy website. I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Senior Lecturer and Supervisor in Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy. I have training in Psychotherapy, CBT skills and I am a qualified NLP Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming). Along with running a thriving practice in Somerset I am now also a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Hypnotherapy and run accredited CPDs. Solution Focused Therapy and Hypnosis

My practice and teaching utilise a technique called Solution Focused Therapy which helps people rapidly move on from problems which limit them. This helps a person to focus on their goals and unlock their innate resources to help achieve them. The therapy employs hypnosis, which is a natural and safe state of relaxation of body and mind.
